摘要
采用原位乳液聚合法制备了三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(M C)/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMM A)复合胶粒.扫描电镜(SEM)观测、X-光电子能谱(XPS)及热重(TGA)分析结果显示,在M C颗粒表面覆盖了一层PMM A胶膜,形成了具有核-壳结构的M C/PMM A复合胶粒,TGA结果还发现,M C能影响PMM A的热降解过程并促进其成炭.
Melamine cyanrate (MC)/poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) composite latex particles were prepared via soapless emulsion polymerization. The SEM image, XPS data and TGA analysis reveal that the MC particles were encapsulated by PMMA during polymerization, resulting in the formation of a core-shell structure of MC/PMMA composite latex particles. The TGA data also indicate that MC can affect the thermal degradation and promote charring of PMMA.
