新型热作模具钢4Cr2MoWVNi的热处理工艺及性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 研究新型热作模具钢4Cr2MoWVNi热处理工艺参数与硬度和性能的关系,并进行组织观察,探讨适合热模锻压力机工况条件下使用的热处理工艺规范。结果表明,4Cr2MoWVNi钢的最佳热处理工艺为:1000℃油淬,590℃回火两次。采用该模具材料和推荐的工艺用于连杆热锻模,可保持良好的热稳定性、强韧性和耐磨性能,使用寿命大幅度提高。 In order to explore and establish the best heat treatment process for a new type hot work die steel 4Cr2MoWVNi which was applicable for hot die-forging press, the relationship between the process parameter of heat treatment and the hardness & property was investigated, and the microstructures was examined. The results indicated that the best heat treatment process for 4Cr2MoWVNi steel was as follows: oil quenching at 1000℃, twice tempering at 590℃. The connecting rod forging dies made of 4Cr2MoWVNi steel and treated by this process could keep good hot stability, strength toughness and wear resistance, and greatly prolong the service life.
