摘要
福鼎新桐山大桥主桥为51m+75m+51m三跨连拱的下承式钢管混凝土刚架系杆拱。该桥拱肋截面除拱脚段外采用与传统哑铃形截面不同的新型哑铃形截面。这种截面两管之间用钢腹板和H型钢加劲并且腹腔内不充填混凝土,避免了传统哑铃形截面施工中容易出现的钢管与腹板焊缝处开裂的问题。本文简要介绍了该桥建成后的静载试验和理论分析。在理论分析中哑铃形截面计算采用修正的格构柱法[2],计算结果与实测结果吻合良好。
The main span of Xintongshan bridge on Fuding in Fujian province is low through concrete filled steel tube rigid -framed tied arch with three span(51m + 75m + 51m). The cross section of arch rib except the part closed to the arch springer is new dumbbell - shaped section which is different from the traditional one. Such section is made up of two steel tubes which are jointed together with steel webs and H - shaped steels and is without concrete in web spaces. It can avoid some great cracks in the weld during the construction. The paper briefly introduces the static load test and the theoretical analysis of the bridge after construction. The methods of modified lattice cross section presented in the referrence is used in the theoretical calculation of this project, The calculations meet well with test results.
