摘要 本文以生态性和经济性为前提,描述了高性能砂浆的现代定义和技术性能特征,介绍了Point-DGN高性能砂浆外加剂在低掺量(1~3%)聚合物改性情况下制备高性能砂浆的技术途径及高性能砂浆的应用。聚合物乳液从微观层面上改善了砂浆的内部结构,砂浆28d抗压强度提高了34%,28d抗拉强度提高近100%,28d粘接强度可增加36%,大幅度改善了水泥砂浆的力学性能;降低砂浆的收缩,28d收缩值比粘土混合砂浆降低了36%,比石灰混合砂浆降低了25%,改善了砂浆的抗裂性,能有效预防砂浆空鼓、开裂等质量通病。 The modem concept and technical specifi cation of high performance mortar are described based on ecology and economy in this paper.And the technical methods of preparation and application of high performace mortar by Ponint-DGN high performance mortar additive through low-dosage(1-3%)polymer modification were discussed also.The polymer emulsion improved the mortar internal structure and mechanical properties,raised the 28d compressive strength by 34%,raised the 28d tensile strength by 100%,raised the adhesion strength by 36%,The mortar shrinkage was also reduced by 36% as compared with clay mortar and by 25% with lime mortar.The resistance to rupture of mortar was highly improved and the common quality faults such as cracking and cavities were effectively prevented.
