实验性脊柱侧凸

摘要 特发性脊柱侧凸(IdiopathicScoliosis,IS)在青少年中发病较为普遍,且病因至今未明,成为脊柱外科界的研究热点。目前认为其发病可能是多种因素综合作用的结果。近半个世纪以来国内外学者通过建立鸡、兔、大鼠等动物的脊柱侧凸模型,以研究其发病机制。本文就多年来脊柱侧凸模型建立情况及当前病因学进展作一综述,希望藉此对今后的实验开展工作有所参考和启示。
