紫外分光光度法检测保健食品中大豆异黄酮的含量 被引量:15

摘要 目的:以大豆苷元为标准品,用紫外分光光度法检测三种市售保健品中大豆异黄酮总浓度.方法:保健品用甲醇+水(80+20,V/V)在70℃超声提取40min,以大豆中的活性成分大豆苷元为标准品,检测波长254nm,计算样品含量,结果:回归方程为Y=0.138X-0.0056,R^2=0.9994,线性范围:0.8~6.4mg/L,平均回收率为99.32%.RSD=0.044%,结论:本方法适用于检测保健食品中大豆异黄酮含量,
