百日咳是呼吸道感染性疾病，致病菌为百日咳博德特菌或副百日咳博德特菌，二者均为严格需氧的革兰阴性球杆菌。
Aetiology Pertussis is an infectious disease of the respiratory tract caused by Bordetella pertussis or, less, commonly, B.parapertussis. Bordetella spp.are strictly aerobie, Gram-negative coccobacilli.
