干燥综合征血清性激素水平与白细胞介素-6的相关性研究

The study on sex hormones and interleukin-6 in postmenopausal women with primary Sjgren′s syndrome

目的探讨性激素和白细胞介素(IL)-6在原发性干燥综合征(primarySj!gren′ssyn-drome,pSS)发病机制中的作用及其相关性。方法以21例绝经后女性pSS患者作为疾病组,21名绝经后健康女性作为对照组,分别采集血清标本,应用放射免疫法测定雌二醇(E2)和睾酮(Te)水平,应用化学发光法测定硫酸脱氢表雄酮(DHEAS)水平,应用酶联免疫吸附法测定IL-6水平。结果绝经后女性pSS患者血清DHEAS及Te水平低于健康对照组(P<0.01),血清E2水平与健康对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。患者血清IL-6水平高于健康对照组(P<0.01),血清DHEAS、Te与IL-6水平呈负相关关系(r=-0.738,P<0.01;r=-0.514,P<0.05),血清E2与IL-6水平无相关关系(r=0.340,P>0.05)。结论pSS患者存在性激素代谢异常,性激素与IL-6共同参与pSS的发病。

Objective To investigate the role of sex hormones and interleukin （IL）-6 in the pathogenesis of primary Sjtigren＇s syndrome （pSS）. Methods Serum specimen of 21 postmenopausal patients with pSS and 21 postmenopausal healthy women were collected. Serum estradiol （E2） and testosterone （Te） were estimated by the commercial radioimmunoassay kits, whereas serum dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate （DHEAS） were measured by enzyme-amplified chemiluminescence assay. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay kits were used to determine levels of IL-6 in serum. Results The DHEAS and the Te level in serum were lower in postmenopausal patients with pSS than in healthy controls （P〈0.01）. There was no significant difference in serum E2 level （P〉0.05）. The level of IL-6 in pSS patients was higher than that in controls （P〈0.01）. The serum levels of DHEAS and Te were negatively correlated with the concentration of IL-6 （r=-0.738, P〈0.01, r=-0.514, P〈0.05）, but there was no correlation between E2 level and the serum IL-6 level in pSS patients after menopause （r=0.340, P〉0.05）. Conclusion Primary Sjogren＇s syndrome, in which an altered metabolism of sex hormones has occured, appears to be influenced by the change of the levels of sex hormones and IL-6 in serum.
