摘要
氧化铅锌矿石浮选新药剂的研究关系到大量复杂的氧化铅锌矿资源的开发利用。本文报导从氧化铅锌矿石中浮选硫化铅矿物的新捕收剂PN及相应的抑制剂BD_1。使用BD_1(50g/t)和硫酸锌(0~40g/t)配合作抑制剂,显著提高了硫化铅矿物浮选效率,从55.52%提高到64.03%,氧化铅浮选时,使用BD_2(0~100g/t)和六偏磷酸钠(100g/t)作抑制剂,碳酸铅矿物浮选效率从53.18%提高到54.65%;而氧化锌浮选时,使用BD_2(0~100g/t)和六偏磷酸钠(50g/t)作抑制剂取得了更明显的效果,碳酸锌矿物的浮选效率从64.81%提高到72.29%,锌粗选作业回收率84.81%,粗精矿中锌品位30.50%。可见,所研制的PN捕收剂和BD_1、BD_2抑制剂,对提高氧化铅锌矿石浮选指标起了重要作用。
The study on new flotation reagents for lead and zinc oxide ores is concerned to the development of a large amount of complicated lead and zinc oxide ores resources. The new PN collector and BD_1 depressant for floating lead sulphide mineral from lead and zinc oxide ore are introduced in this paper. When BD_1(50g/t) was used in combination with ZnSO_4 as a composite compresant (0~40g/t),the flotation efficiency was raised from 55.52% to 64.03%. In the flotation of lead oxide minerals,in which BD_2 depressant (0~100g/t) was used in combination with sodium hexametaphosphate (NaPO_3)_6 (100g/t),the flotation efficiency of cerussite was raised from 53.18% to 54.65%. When zinc oxide ore was floated,in which BD_2 depressant (0~100g/t)was used in combination with (NaPO_3)_6 (50g/t),more remarkable effects can be obtained.The flotation efficiency of smithsonite was raised from 64.81% to 72.29%,the zinc recovery from rougher was 84.81%,zinc grade of rougher concentrate 30.50%. It is thus clear that the PN as a collector and BD_1 and BD_2 as depressants play an important role in raising the results of flotation of lead-zinc oxide ores.
