摘要
本文在综合资料的基础上,结合我国铝土矿多为—水型硬铝石,具有高铝、高硅、低铁的特点,提出配矿串联法生产氧化铝工艺。阐述了该法在我国铝业生产中的可行性及其所具有的铝土矿资源利用率高、效益显著、工艺易于掌握等优点,并为我国尽早应用推广配矿串联法生产氧化铝提出几点建议。
In this paper,based on comprehensive information,combined with that bauxite is commouly characterized by diaspore,higher Al and Si,lower Fe, the Series-combination with Ore Mixing technology is put forward as the alumina production process.The feasibility of this technology used in aluminium production and the advantages of higher utilization of bauxite resources,remarkable benefit and easy operation are described.Some valuable proposals are put forward for using this technology in alumina production in China as soon as possible.
