摘要
以三氧化二铝(Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>)为载体,以钯、铜及锰等为活性组分,用浸渍法制备了Pd-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>、CuO-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>及CuO-MnO-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>催化剂,在民用煤炉上评价了催化剂对烟气中一氧化碳及有机物的催化氧化性能。结果表明,燃烧方式对烟气组成有较大的影响,采用上燃方式可减少烟气中CO及各类有机物的排放量。无论采取何种燃烧方式,在火炉的烟道上加催化剂后,不仅使烟气中CO的排放量明显减少,同时也使其中低碳烃、酚类及多环芳烃的量减少。催化氧化性能由大到小的顺序为:Pd-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>】CuO-MnO-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>】CuO-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>。
A series of catalysts such as Pd - Al2O3, CuO - Al2O3 and CuO - MnO - Al2O3are prepared by impregnating method. Their catalytic performances for removal of CO and orgau-ics from flue gas are evaluated on a civil- used stove. The results suggest that the style of combustion exerts fair effect on the composition of the flue gas. The use of catalysts at vent can decrease CO and the organic pullutants in Rue gas greatly. The catalysts activity is in the order of Pd - Al2O3 >CuO- MnO - Al2Q3 >CuO- AL2O3.
