摘要
虚拟装配是实际装配过程在计算机上的实现。通过实例探讨了虚拟装配方案规划问题,介绍了一种基于子装配的装配结构模块化虚拟装配策略,并运用这一策略对阀盖压铸模进行了虚拟装配;改进了现有虚拟装配方式,提出了同步虚拟装配策略并给出了实现方法。作为数字设计的组成部分,同步虚拟装配简化了虚拟装配的工作过程,为面向装配的数字设计提供了手段,对于分析、评价和完善设计对象,确保实际制造一次成功有重要意义。
Virtual assembly is the computer simulation of factual assembly process. The scheme programming of virtual assembly is discussed through an example, a virtual assembly method of assembly structure blocking based on sub-assembly is introduced. In this way, the mould structure of a cock-cover die-casting die is simulated, The approach of virtual assembly is improved ; the concept and method of Synchronously virtual assembly are presented. With the composition of numerical design, Synchronously virtual assembly simplifies the process of virtual assembly and provides means for face assembly numerical design. It is significant to do right first in factual manufacture process through analyzing, evaluating and improving design object.
