摘要
介绍了硼元素的特点及其在钢中的作用,微量硼可以明显改善钢的淬透性和韧性。硼在铸钢中主要以硼化物形式偏聚于晶界,损害钢的韧性。采用淬火预处理,并适当提高奥氏体化温度,有利于消除硼脆,改善硼钢韧性。另外,提高铸钢硼含量,可以获得硬度高、热稳定性好的Fe2B化合物,有利于改善钢的耐磨性。
The characteristics of boron element and its effect in cast steel are introduced. Microamount boron can improve the hardenability and toughness of carbon steel. Boron mainly aggregates at the grain boundary, which damages the toughness of cast steel. The measures making use of pre-quenching treatment and increasing the austenitizing temperature can eliminate boron brittleness and improve the toughness of cast steel. Moreover, when boron content in cast steel is increased, Fe2B compound that has high hardness and excellent heat stability can be obtained. Fe2B can improve the wear resistance of cast steel.
