透明质酸钠与透明质酸酶局部注射治疗晚期局性限硬皮病的疗效分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察局部注射透明质酸钠(SH)或透明质酸酶(HD)治疗晚期限局性硬皮病(ASC)的临床效果,并进行比较分析。方法选取ASC患者,随机分成SH治疗组和HD治疗组,SH治疗组直接局部注射SH;HD治疗组用HD加利多卡因局部注射,然后分析比较两组的临床效果。结果SH治疗组有效率9 0.9 1%,显著高于HD治疗组(45.45%,P<0.05),且不良反应少而小。结论首次提出SH可能是治疗ASC的有效药物。这可能与SH抑制成纤维细胞生长、抑制其胶原分泌、促进胶原分解及抗炎症等作用有关。 Objective To compare the curative effects of sodium hyaluronate(SH) or hyaluronidase(HD) to treat the patients with advanced scleroderma eireumscriptum(ASC). Methods SH,or HI) bound with 2% lidocaine was injected into local lesions of 11 ASC patients,respectively. The symptoms before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results The effective rate 90.91% of SH used to treat patients with ASC was higher than that 45.45% of HD significantly (P 〈 0.05 ). The side effects of SH were miht. Conclusion It is put forward for the first time that SH may be a potent medicine to treat ASC. The relative mechanisms may be that SH can inhibit the proliferation of fibroblast and the secreting of collagenous fiber,accelerate the decomposing of collagenous fiber,and counteract inflammation.
