摘要
船用电器支架零件小孔较多,壁薄,尺寸又大,外侧面还存在窄长肋条和多个孔等,这些结构特点给铸件成型和压铸模的设计带来许多困难。在压铸模的结构中采用斜滑块机构成型侧型和侧孔;采用二次顶出取件结构,解决了薄壁罩壳类铸件脱模时易发生变形的问题,确保了批量生产的船用电器支架零件的质量。
Electrical equipment bracket in ship possesses features of many small holes and side-holes, thin-walled and large geometry shape as well as long-narrow rib and holes in outer-side, which can take the difficulty in bracket production and die design. In the design, slide camber and pin were used for side-face and side-hole forming, and a secondary pusher was used in lifter to avoid deformation in taking off a thin-walled castings. The quality of batches of bracket of electrical equipment in ship can be assured.
