摘要
鞍钢齐大山和调军台选矿厂的尾矿调军台灰渣水皆排至同一个尾矿库。进一步研究表明,钙、镁、氟、硫酸根离子和砷在低浓度时对鞍钢调军台选矿厂阴离子反浮选流程选别指标基本没有影响;凤水沟尾矿库中相应组分的含量均处于低浓度范围,尾矿水返回调军台选矿厂使用,反浮选流程可正常运行。该项研究为该厂建成后使用尾矿库回水提供了科学依据。
The tailings of Qidashan and Diaojuntai Concentrators of Anshan Iron and Steel Co. andash and slag water of the latter are discharged into Fongshuigou tailings reservoir. Detailed study hasshown that ions of calcium, magnesium, fluorin sulphate group and arsonic , when in low density, havelittle influence on the performance of anionic flotation flowsheet of Diaojuntai Concentrator. The contents of these ions in Fongshuigou tailings reservoir water are in the range of low density,as a result,thereverse flotation nowsheet will run normally when the tailings reservoir-recycled water is used. Thestudy has provided a scientific basis for the recycled water to be used in the new concentrator.
