摘要 缺氧诱导因子是调控哺乳动物缺氧适应性反应的一类关键转录因子,能够调节100多种靶基因的表达从而使机体与组织细胞适应外周环境氧浓度的变化。在组织细胞中缺氧诱导因子家族蛋白稳定性与活性受到严密的调节,主要方式有:羟基化、泛素化、乙酰化、磷酸化、小泛素样因子修饰。 Hypoxia-indueible factor family functions as a master regulator of O2 homeostasis in metazoan species. HIFs are transcriptional factors that can activate the expression of more than 100 genes in response to hypoxia and help the tissues adapt to the changes of the environmental oxygen concentration. The stability and activity HIF are strictly regulated in cells by such processes as hydroxylation, ubiquitination, aeetylation, phosphorylation and sumoylation.
