摘要
简要介绍了半固态挤压铸造原理与工艺特点;着重分析了半固态挤压铸造工艺参数对制件性能的影响规律;最后对制件可能出现的缺陷进行了归纳分析并提出了相应的预防措施。
The principle and processing characteristics of semi-solid squeeze casting were introduced briefly; the influencing rules of semi-solid squeeze casting process parameters on properties of components were analyzed detailedly; the potential defects in components were generalized and analyzed; the corresponding preventive measures were presented also.
