注射材料取出同期假体置入隆乳42例报告

Report of 42 cases of implanting prosthesis while removing the injected material for mammoplasty

目的:探讨注射法隆乳后,因种种原因要求取出注射材料,同期假体隆乳术的方法。方法:切开乳腺组织后,反复冲洗,尽量取出注入的材料,并在原切口置入乳房假体。结果:2000年3月至2004年10月共治疗42例,效果满意。结论:在处理聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳并发症的同时,置入乳房假体可获得满意的效果。

Objective To discuss the methods of prosthesis mammoplasty while removing the injected material for some causes after injection mammoplasty. Methods Open the mammary tissue,and rinse it repeatedly,then remove the injected material.Implant the prosthesis through the original incision. Results It was satisfactory in the 42 cases done from March 2000 to October 2004. Conclusion To implant prosthesis while dealing with the complications of injection mammoplasty, can be satisfuctory.
