摘要
目的:探讨螺旋CT应用于正常人体髋关节周围血管研究的可行性,观察重建髋关节周围血管一般形态及分布规律。方法:16例正常受试者经肘正中静脉注射造影剂后,使用16排多层螺旋CT进行盆腔扫描,图像采集后经表面显示法(shadedsurfacedisplay,SSD)、容积法(volumerendering,VR)和最大密度投影(maximumintensityprojection,MIP)技术重建髋关节周围动、静脉,鉴别显影血管及各血管分(属)支。结果:16例均可显示出3 ̄4级血管,平均30s可以清晰的显示动脉系统,90 ̄130s之间为动、静共同显示,并且在130s时静脉系统显影最为清晰,而230s后由于组织强化作用显著增强,静脉边缘显示不够清晰。结论:多排螺旋CT可以作为正常人体髋关节周围血管解剖学研究的手段,随着软件的升级可以更加清晰、准确地分离动静脉,对于今后临床髋关节疾病的研究及教学具有重要意义。
Objective: To explore the feasibility of reconstructing the correlative arteriovenous system of adult hip by the use of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) and study the morphology and distribution of blood vessels of human hip. Methods: After injecting contrast materials through intermediary cubital vein, 16 volunteers underwent contrast-enhanced CT angiography of pelvic and hip utilizing a 16-row multi-slice spiral CT. Images were collected and dealt with the technique of shaded surface display (SSD), shaded volume reconstruction (SVR) and maximum intensity projection (MIP), and then were reconstructed into 3D-graph in order to screen arteries and veins and their branches. Results: All graphs appeared vessels of the 3rd and 4th level. The arteries could be clearly showed at the average visualization time of 30s, while both arteries and veins showed up during the 90-130s. Veins with a vague margin showed up relative independently after 230s. Conchusons: Multi-slice spiral CT will be a useful method applied to the anatomic study of pelvic and the blood vessels of hip. With the upgrade of the software, it will actually distinguish the arteries and veins in pelvic. This method is useful for analyzing the disease of pelvic and hip blood vessels.
