摘要
目的:通过计算机三维重建方法获得尾状核空间形态、位置的解剖学资料,为脑立体定向手术方案制订和手术操作导航提供形态学基础。方法:选用20岁左右无脑部病变的男性整尸一具,整颅低温下连续水平磨片、摄片,获得连颅的脑图像,通过计算机分割、重建。结果:获得三维空间图像,核团的境界、质心坐标值、体积和表面积。结论:计算机重建后的尾状核三维形态与位置对脑的立体定向手术有参考价值。
Objective: Caudate nucleus was reconstructed on computer to gain its anatomic data and provide guidance for the stereotactic neurosurgery. Metods: whole brain from a cadaver of 20 year old's man without gross pathologic changes was cut by milling machine and took a series of pictures. Caudate nucleus were segmented from these brain images and reconstructed with computer. Results: The 3D model of caudate nucleus was built and the data about extent, position, volume and surface area of caudate nucleus was obtained from the computer images. Conclusions: The computerized three-dimensional reconstruction of caudate nucleus and stereotactic anatomic research on it can be helpful to the functional and stereotactic neurosurgery.
