摘要
以催化气相沉积法合成的包覆金属镍粒子的碳纳米管为填料,采用超声振荡-溶剂挥发工艺制备了碳纳米管/环氧树脂复合材料,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)对碳纳米管/环氧树脂复合材料的拉伸断面进行观察,结合X射线能谱仪(EDS)研究了碳纳米管在环氧树脂中的分散情况,同时初步探讨了碳纳米管对环氧树脂的增强增韧机理。
Using the carbon nanotube-encapsulated by nickel particles synthesized by catalytic vapor decomposition method as fillers, carbon nanotube/epoxy composites were prepared by an ultrasonic assisted by solution-evaporation method. The microstructure of tensile-fracture section of the carbon nanotube/epoxy composites was observed by scanning electron microscope, the dispersion status of carbon nanotube in epoxy resin was investigated by X-ray spectrometer,and the reinforcing mechanism of carbon nanotubes on epoxy resin was discussed as well.
