摘要
对油井用管冲击试样的断口进行了扫描电镜以及金相检测分析,结果表明具有细小均匀晶粒试样的冲击值高,混晶组织的不均匀性使试样的冲击值降低,带状组织有利于提高纵向冲击值,得出冲击值高、低差异的主要原因是组织中出现混晶及带状组织。
The fracture section of the impact samples had been analyzed by SEM and metalloscope.High impact values correspond to the samples of fine and even grains,the uneveness of the mixed grains reduces the impact values ,and the strip-shaped microstructure can increase the longitudinal impact value,The result shows that the diversity of the impact values is due to the mixed grains and the strip-shaped microstructure.
