摘要 目的:从国内外运动与一氧化氮的研究现状出发,探讨运动在改善衰老内皮功能方面的可能作用,并展望未来研究的方向。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1997-01/2005-09的与运动、一氧化氮及衰老内皮相关文献,检索词“exercise,NitricOxide,endothelialdependentvasoditation,aging”,并限定文献语种为英文。同时检索万方数据库2000-01/2005-09的与运动、一氧化氮及衰老内皮相关文献,检索词“运动,一氧化氮,内皮功能,衰老”,并限定文献语种为中文。资料选择:就检索到的130多篇文献进行筛选,选择以运动、一氧化氮、内皮功能为主要研究内容的文献20余篇,无论研究对象是动物还是人全部纳入,其中受试对象有器质性病变者被排除。资料提炼:将筛选的20多篇文献进行分类:其中5篇为一次性运动对一氧化氮的影响,4篇为长期规律的体育运动对一氧化氮的影响,10篇为运动对衰老内皮功能的影响,其余为一氧化氮生物特征的相关文献。资料综合:一氧化氮是一种具有双重作用的信息分子,在低浓度调节生理功能,在高浓度则诱导或加重组织细胞损伤。一次适量运动在生理范围内提高一氧化氮水平,调节机体的生理功能;而一次性力竭运动促使一氧化氮大量合成,对机体产生毒性作用。长期规律的有氧体育锻炼可改善内皮功能的异常,使一氧化氮含量增高,可有效改善血管的舒张反应,抑制血小板黏附聚集和血管平滑肌细胞的增殖,降低血液黏度。结论:长期运动可以增加内皮源性一氧化氮的合成进而增强内皮依赖的舒张功能。 OBJECTIVE: To explore the possible effect of exercise on improving aging endothelial function and look ahead the future research direction from the domestic and foreign research situation of exercise and nitrogen monoxide. DATA SOURCES: We searched the Medline for related literatures on exercise, nitrogen monoxide and aging endothelium published from January 1997 to September 2005 with the key words of "exercise,Nitric Oxide, endothelial dependent vasoditation,aging" in English. Meanwhile, we also searched the Wanfang database for the same articles published between January 2000 and September 2005 with the same key words in Chinese. STUDY SELECTION: More than 130 searched literatures were screened out. Over 20 articles on exercise, nitrogen monoxide and endothelial function were selected.Subjects were human and animals. Subjects who had organic disease were excluded. DATA EXTRACTION: More than 20 literatures were classified: five of them were on the effect of one-time exercise on nitric oxide; four of them were about the effect of long-time exercise on nitric oxide; ten of them were on the effect of exercise on age-induced endothelial dysfunction; the last were about the biologic character of nitric oxide. DATA SYNTHESIS: The nitrogen monoxide was a information factor with double effects, At low concentration it adjusted physiological function. At high concentration it induced or stressed the injury of histocytes. A suitable exercise could elevate the level of nitrogen monoxide in physiological range and regulated the physiological function of body. While once exhausted exercise could accelerate the synthesis of large quantity of nitrogen monoxide, which had toxic effect on body, Long-time regular aerobic physical exercise could improve the abnormality of endothelial function, increase the content of nitrogen monoxide so as to ameliorate effectively the vascular diastole reaction, inhibit the adherent collecting of platelet and the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells and decrease the blood viscosity. CONCLUSION: The long-time exercise can increase the synthesis of endothelium-derived nitric oxide in order to enhance the diastolic function of endothelial dependent vasoditation.
