摘要 慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者普遍存在炎症因子轻度升高的微炎症状态。本文就炎症与CRF患者动脉粥样硬化、营养不良、肾性贫血、促红细胞生成素抵抗等并发症的关系及其治疗进行综述。 There is a microinflammation state with slight increase of inflammatorty cytokines in patients with chronic renal failure（CRF）. The article reviews the relationship between inflammation in patients with CRF and atherosclerosis, malnutrition, renal anemia, resistance of erythropoietin and treatment to inflammation.
