加钛的镍铬钢回火脆性的锑非平衡晶界偏聚机理

Mechanism of Non-Equilibrium Grain-Boundary Sb Segregation for Temper Embrittlement of Ti-Doped NiCr Steel

摘要 回火脆性的溶质非平衡晶界偏聚机理的本质是溶质非平衡晶界偏聚的临界时间引起回火脆性的临界时间。在此基础上,研究了加钛的镍铬钢回火脆性的临界时间、回火脆性的极大值和充分回火后2.7J脆-韧转变温度随回火温度的变化,并结合锑的非平衡晶界偏聚量的测量结果,论述了加钛的镍铬钢中回火脆性的锑的非平衡晶界偏聚机理。 The most characteristic aspect of non-equilibrium grain boundary segregation mechanism of temper embrittlement is that the critical time in a non-equilibrium segregation isotherms will induce a critical time in the relative temper embrittlement isotherms. On the basis of this concept and measured Sb grain-boundary segregation at different temperatures, the non equilibrium Sb segregation mechanism for temper embrittlement of Ti-doped NiCr steel is discussed according to the relationships of ageing temperature to maximum temper embrittlement, critical time of temper embrittlement, and temper embrittlement after long enough ageing.
