摘要 继发龋是龋病治疗后再度发生的龋损,是迄今为止临床上充填体更换和失败最常见的原因。目前对继发龋的研究较多,本文从继发龋的诊断、检测方法、微渗漏与继发龋、继发龋的细菌组成及预防等几个方面作一综述。 Secondary caries occurs on the edge of the restoration. It is the major reason for replacing restoration and causing failure of treatment in clinic. Recently, a lot of studies have been reported on secondary caries. This review will focus on the diagnosis and t, the relationship between microleakage and secondary caries, the microbial etiology and prevention of secondary caries
