摘要 采用快淬和动态晶化法制备了成分为Nd10.5(FeCoZr)83.4B6.1的纳米晶交换耦合永磁合金。系统研究了制备过程中快淬速度和动态晶化工艺(包括晶化温度和炉管转速)对合金磁性能和显微组织的影响。经28m/s快淬及700℃/21Hz动态晶化处理后,制成的粘结磁体性能最佳,为Br=0.6849T,Hcj=732kA/m,Hcb=429kA/m,(BH)m=75kJ/m3。 Ndl0. 5 (FeCoZr)83.4 B6.1 alloy was prepared by rapid-quenching and subsequent dynamic crystallization. Effects of roller speed and dynamic crystallization technics on magnetic properties and microstructure of bonded magnets was investigated systemly. After quenched at 28m/s and dynamic crystallized at 700℃/21Hz,the optimium properties of bonded magnets was achieved: B, =0. 6849T, Hcj = 732kA/m, Hcb=429kA/m, (BH)m= 75kJ/m^3.
