摘要
运用混料均匀设计方法,设计了四元体系Li2O-SiO2-V2O5-P2O5的实验配方,找出其中电导率最佳的区域以及电导率随配方的分布变化规律。试验验证点的实测值与预测值相当,得到的室温电导率达到10-5S/cm。
In order to prepare the highest ion conductor of Li2O-SiO2-VO2.5-PO2.5 system. The optimal ratio of starting materials Li2O : SiO2 : V2O5 : P2O5 has been designed by uniform design. And the high temperature solid state reaction was used to. The result was match the estimate value. The ambient ion conductivity was reach to 10^-5 S/cm for the above lithium fast ion conductors system.
