摘要
以原位一步法制备了具有反射和导电特性的聚酰亚胺银(P I/A g)膜,采用在分子结构中均含有羰基基团的二酐和二胺合成了聚酰胺酸(PAA)后,同时加入银盐溶液,经高温环化缩合形成具有反射和导电特性的P I/A g膜。通过对不同结构的P I/A g膜的反光特性和导电特性的对比研究认为,链段柔顺性相对较好的聚酰亚胺结构有利于银粒子向薄膜表面迁出。
Reflective and surface conductive flexible polyimide films have been prepared by the incorporation of silver(I) acetate and 1,1,1-trifluoro-2,4-pentanedione into a dimethylacetamide (DMAC) solution of poly(amic acid), formed from both carbonyl-containing in 3,3', 4,4'-benzophenone tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride (BTDA) and 4, 4'-diaminobenzophenone (4, 4'- DABP). Thermal curing of the silver(I)-containing poly(amic acid) leads to cycloimidization of the polyimide precursor with concomitant silver(I) reduction yielding reflective and conductive silvered surfaces. Films were characterized by Transmission electron micrograph and Tapping mode atomic force microscopy, Results show that polyimide with relatively soft chains and groups that vibrate back and forth may help silver particles migrate to polyimide surfaces.
