摘要
采用开炼机、单螺杆和双螺杆挤出机等加工设备,系统研究了加工过程、混炼工艺等因素对PVC/木粉复合体系的性能和结构的影响。结果表明,添加木粉填料使材料的力学性能降低,但是双辊混炼时,如果先将木粉与CPE混合制备母粒,然后再加到PVC中的母粒法工艺有利于提高材料的力学性能。通过三种混合设备的比较,双螺杆制备的PVC/木粉复合材料的力学性能和流变性能最好,木粉在PVC基体中的分散效果最佳。微观形态观察表明,木粉填料的分散性与加工方法有很大的关系,直接影响了材料的力学性能和流变性能。
PVC/wood-flour composites were prepared by two-roller mill, single-screw extruder and twin-screw extruder and effect of process methods on properties of PVC/wood-flour composites were studied. It was found that mechanical properties of composites filled with wood-flour reduced, but the two-step mix with two-roller mill which a kind of master batch was prepared first by dispersing wood-flour into CPE, and then was mixed into PVC matrix could improve its mechanical properties. Compared with two-roller mill, single-screw extruder, mechanical properties and rheological behavior of composites prepared by twinscrew extruder were best. Moreover, microcosmic structure of composites were observed, that showed dispersing effect of wood- flour influencing properties of PVC/wood-flour composites importantly, was dependent on process methods seriously.
