HGF、c-Met及MMP-2在子宫内膜异位症在位内膜的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨子宫内膜异位症在位内膜肝细胞生长因子(HGF)、其受体(c-Met)及基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)的表达与发病机理的关系。方法:采用链霉素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶(SP)法检测45例盆腔子宫内膜异位症患者(内异症组)及30例非子宫内膜异位症妇女(对照组)在位内膜HGF、c-Met与MMP-2的免疫表达水平。结果:内异症组HGF、c-Met与MMP-2表达水平均高于对照组,且差异有显著性(P均<0.01),且两两之间均呈正相关性(P均<0.01)。结论:在位内膜HGF、c-Met、MMP-2的高表达可能与子宫内膜异位症的发病相关。 Objective: To explore the expression of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) and its receptor c-Met and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)in the eutopic endometrium of endometriosis and the relationship among them in the pathogenesis of endometriosis. Methods: The StreptavidinPeroxidase(SP)immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of HGF, c-Met and MMP-2 in the eutopic endometrium of 45 women with pelvic endometriosis and 30 controls. Results: The expressions of HGF, c-Met and MMP-2 were higher in the eutopic endometrium of patients with pelvic endometriosis than in those in controls with significant differences(all P〈0.01). Positive correlations were observed among these markers in the endometrium of women with and without endometriosis(all P〈0.01). Conclusion: The high expression of HGF, c-Met and MMP-2 in the eutopic endometrium of patients with pelvic endometriosis may be involved in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
