中医抗青光眼手术的思路与方法——睫状体平坦部滤过术

The idea and technique of Chinese medicine for anti-glaucoma surgery——Pars plana filtration technique

目的为解决难治性青光眼患者的有效手术方法。方法根据1958年作者开始的在睫状体平坦部切口作白内障针拨术的研究过程中,当一旦发生继发性青光眼时,即在该切口部位设计了消除该并发症的手术方法,今作者加以改进和创新,定名为“睫状体平坦部滤过术”。结果对难治性青光眼用本手术方法作了24只眼,23只眼的眼压得到较满意的控制。结论“睫状体平坦部滤过术”可作为难治性青光眼的一种有效的手术方法,是祖国医学的又一创新。

OBJECTIVE For seeking an effective surgical technique for refractory glaucoma.METHODS Basis on the researches in 1958 the couching technique for cataract surgery which performed the incision at pars plana, when in case secondary glaucoma occur, the surgery for eliminating the complication was designed through the incision site, now the technique was improved and innovated by the author and named as ＂Pars Plana Filtration Technique＂ RESULTS 20 eyes refractory glaucoma were undergone this technique of surgery, the IOP of 19 eyes among those were satisfactorily controlled. CONCLUSIONS ＂Pars Plana Filtration Technique＂ is an effective surgical technique for refractory glaucoma, it is a new innovation in Chinese medicine.
