摘要
目的:探讨出血性生理性卵巢囊肿(HFOCs)的经阴道超声特征。材料和方法:对43例怀疑HFOCs的患者进行超声随访,并对其阴道超声特征及随访中图像的变化进行分析。结果:首次超声结果可以分为五型:Ⅰ型,弥散回声型12例;Ⅱ型,网格状回声型4例;Ⅲ型,非均质型3例;Ⅳ型,实块型2例;Ⅴ型,混合型23例。15例经组织学证实,28例超声和妇科临床随访至囊肿自然消失。结论:经阴道超声在显示HFOCs特征性的变化方面有很高的敏感性,可作为鉴别HFOCs的可靠手段,短期内超声随访能够明确诊断。
Purpose： To study the characteristical sonographic features of hemorrhagic functional ovarian cysts （HFOCs）. Materials and Methods： Forty- three cases of HFOCs were ultrasonically followed- up, focusing on the transvaginal sonographic findings and their changes with time. Results： At the first examination, transvaginal sonography revealed 5 image patterns： Ⅰ. diffuse echogenic（ n = 12） ; Ⅱ . reticular pattern（ n = 4） ; Ⅲ .inhomogeneous（ n = 3） ; Ⅳ . solid mass（ n = 2） ; and Ⅴ . mixed pattern（ n = 23）. The diagnoses in 15 cases were proven by pathology. The rest 28 cases were followed - up clinically and sonographically at regular interval until the cysts disappeared naturally. Conclusion： TVS is of diagnostic value in HFOCs, showing the characteristic patterns of the lesion.
