In-Sn合金熔体在非晶和晶态Cu_(46)Zr_(45)Al_7Gd_2合金上的润湿性及界面特性 被引量:5

摘要 用座滴法研究了In-Sn合金熔体在非晶和晶态Cu_(46)Zr_(45)Al_7Gd_2合金上的润湿性,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、电子探针(EPMA)、X射线衍射(XRD)分析了In-Sn/Cu_(46)Zr_(45)Al_7Gd_2界面特性,结果表明:In-Sn合金熔体在非晶合金上的润湿性优于在晶态合金上的润湿性;In-Sn合金熔体在非晶基片上的反应扩散层宽度要小于在晶态基片上的反应扩散层宽度;In-Sn合金熔体在非晶基片上的反应扩散区中出现晶化反应。 The wettabilities of In-Sn alloy melts on the amorphous and crystalline Cu46Zr45A17Gd2 substrates were studied by the sessile-drop method, and the interfacial characteristics of InSn/Cu46Zr45A17Gd2 were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), electron probe microanalysis (EPMA) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that the wettability of In-Sn alloy melts on amorphous substrate is superior to that on the crystalline one; the width of diffusion layer of In-Sn alloy melts on the amorphous substrate is thinner than that on the crystalline one under identical conditions. The crystallizations occur in the diffusion zone during the wetting process of In-Sn alloy melts on amorphous substrate.
