摘要
报告康赛宁对L型菌的检测,无论形态、培养特性、回复性试验,均不符合L型特征;讨论康赛宁不形成L型的原因及制品的安全性。
In this paper, tests had been made upon the different criteria in determining L-form bacterium in Kanserin preparation. From the study,no L-form characteristics of the bacteria, such as bacterial form, cultural patterns as well as back mutation,were found in the preparations. In addition,the mechanism by which no L-form bacterium was formed in the preparation and safety of the preparation were also discussed.
