摘要 目的探讨最大的陆栖鸟类鸵鸟眼球的正常组织学结构,为日后的开发研究提供参考。方法3只鸵鸟6只眼,光镜及透射电镜下观察。结果鸵鸟眼的角膜由上皮细胞层、前弹力层、基质层、后弹力层和内皮细胞层构成。虹膜组织分为内皮细胞层、前界膜层、基质层、肌肉层、色素上皮层5层。视网膜组织分为外层的色素上皮层和内层的9层神经感觉层,共10层。鸵鸟眼球的组织学结构与人类基本接近。结论鸵鸟可以作为眼科界实验动物的模型。 Objective To study the normal microanatomic-structure of ostrich' s eyeballs. Methods Six eyeballs of 3 ostrichs were enucleated. Specimens were analyzed by light and transmission electron microscope. Results The cornea of ostrich's eyes was composed of epithelium, Bowman layer, stroma, Descenet membrane and endothelium. The tissue of iris consisted of endothelium, anterior limiling layer, stroma, muscular layer and pigment epithelium. The pigment epithelium, the inner neurosensory retina and other nine layers of retinal structure were demonstrated. Conclusion The histologic structure of ostrich' s eyeballs is similar to the eye of the human being. The ostrich can be used as the model of experimental study.
