桡骨远端骨折的微创手术治疗

Minimally invasive surgical treatment of distal radius fractures

目的探讨微创手术治疗桡骨远端骨折的方法及疗效。方法2000年1月至2004年12月，根据不同的骨折类型分别采用闭合复位经皮克氏针固定、闭合复位外固定支架固定以及有限切开内固定加外固定支架等微创手术治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折38例41侧。结果34例36侧获得5～30个月（平均15个月）的随访，4例失访。腕关节功能按Sarmiento标准进行评定，结果优19侧，良10侧，可5侧，差2侧。结论每一种微创方法应掌握好其适应证，不同的骨折类型应采用不同的方法。

Objective To explore minimally invasive surgical treatment of distal radius fractures and to evaluate its effect. Methods 38 cases （41 sides） of distal radius fractures were treated with close reduction and percutaneous K-wires, close reduction and external fixation with or without limited internal fixation. Results 0f 38 cases, 34 （36 sides） were followed-up for 5 to 30 months （average 15 months）. The function of the wrist was evaluated by Saxmiento scale, 19 sides were graded as excellent, 10 as good, 5 as fair and 2 as poor. Conclusion Minimally invasive surgical fixation of distal radius fractures should be applied with selection of different methods for different types.
