扩大细小主动脉根部及保留二尖瓣装置双瓣膜替换术的体会

AN EXPERIENCE OF REPLACEMENT OF AORTIC VALVE AND MITRAL VALVE WITH ENLARGING THE SWALL AORTIC ROOT AND PRESERVATING THE ALL APPARATUS OF THE MITRAL VALVE

对2例风湿性联合辩膜病合并细小主动脉根部病例施行扩大主动脉根部及保留全部二尖瓣装置的双瓣替换术，疗效满意．本文提出对细小主动脉根部术前诊断的重要性和术中探查的必要性。扩大主动脉根部采用Nicks术式。同期施行改良二尖瓣替换术可有效地维护左室功能。

2 cases with rheumatic aortic valve and mitral valve lesion complicating small aortic root were operated on. The task of this operation was to replace the lesion valves with succedaneums and enlarging the small aortic root as well as preserving all the apparatus of mitral valve. the Nick's procedure was done in 2 patients to enlarge the small aortic root. The patients gained a good resalts at early stage The patiets were followed up for 3 - 5 months No complications were foundThe heart function of the patients was improved obviously. It is important that the correct diagnosis of the small aortic root should be made before operation and exploration be carried on during the operation.
