低场MRI对血管母细胞瘤诊断与临床研究(附27例分析)

The diagnostic characteristic observation and clinical research of hemangioblastoma on low-field MRI(analysis of 27 cases)

目的:探讨低场MR对脑血管母细胞瘤的图像特点及其临床诊断价值。方法:回顾分析经手术后病理诊断证实的27例,所有病例均用西门子公司OPEN MR行常规及强化扫描。结果:27例中发生在小脑半球的23例,发生在颈、胸椎脊髓的各1例,桥脑前及大脑左颞叶的各1例,呈大囊小结节型的21例,单纯囊型的1例,实质型的5例。结论:低场MRI对脑血管母细胞瘤的图像特点同高场强MR的图像特点基本是相符的,其诊断及临床意义是可靠、可信的。

Objective： To investigate low-field MR in manifestation and clinical diagnostic value of hemangioblastomas. Methods： 27 eases proved by surgery pathology were analyzed retrospectively. All eases were underwent ordinary and enhancement scan by Simens OPEN MR. Results：As for location, 23 eases were at cerebellum hemisphere, 1 at cervical spinal eord,I at thoracic spinal cord, 1 at front of ports, 1 at left temporal lobe. Among 27 eases, 21 appeared as typical large cyst with small mural nodule, 1 as simple cyst, 5 as solid mass. Conclusion： Low-field MR can conform to high-field MR in manifestation of hemangioblastomas. Its diagnostic and clinical value is reliable.
