摘要
目的探讨恒河猴颞下颌关节上腔穿刺方法和确认方法。方法选用恒河猴颞下颌关节3例6侧,用穿刺针由不同部位进入关节上腔。用关节内压力测量和带针解剖确认穿刺成功与否,并记录恒河猴张闭口位的关节上腔内压力。结果经外耳道无法进入关节腔。正常恒河猴关节上腔内压力开口位为(-133±63)Pa,小于闭口位压力(151±54)Pa;左右侧压力差异无统计学意义;其变化的规律与既往文献中其它动物或正常人相似。关节腔外压力在张闭口时无改变。结论本实验证明恒河猴颞下颌关节解剖与正常人相似。穿刺方法容易掌握。可以用关节内力压测量进行辅助确认。
Objective To study the best approach of the temporomandibular joints puncturing of rhesus monkeys. Methods 6 healthy TMJs of 3 rhesus monkeys were punctured through different positions around the TMJs. The intra-artieular pressure (IAP) was taken by the pressure transducer during the surgery. The animals were sacrificod with the puncturing needle in the up- per compartment of TMJ after surgery, and the anatomy of the monkeys temporomandibular joint was compared with the human' s. Results The average IAP in the rhesus monkeys' TMJs was (-133 ± 63) Pa when they opened mouths, and ( 151 ± 54) Pa when they closed mouths. The difference of pressures between the left sides and the right sides was not statistically significant( P = 0.064). The pressures when opening mouth and closing mouth showed statistical significant difference ( P = 0.000). The pressure outside the joint showed no fluctuation during the movements of the mandibular. Conclusion The anatomy of the monkey's tem- poromandibular joint is similar to the human' s, and the approach of the upper compartment puncturing is similar too. Measureing the intra-articttlar pressure can be used as one of the methods to confirm the position of the puncturing needle.
