摘要
目的半导体激光治疗牙本质过敏为临床提供实验依据。方法Wistar大鼠16只,其中1只作为空白对照组,其余15只制备大鼠牙本质过敏模型,右侧上颌磨牙为实验组,下颌磨牙为对照组。实验组用波长830 nm、输出功率500 mV、能量密度40 J/cm2的半导体激光照射磨牙牙本质2 min,在照射后即刻,3、7、142、8 d分别处死3只大鼠,磨牙经处理后切片,HE染色,光镜下观察牙髓组织病理变化。结果实验组,照射即刻、3 d7、d均有牙髓充血或轻度慢性炎症反应,第14天、第28天牙髓组织基本恢复正常。对照组牙髓组织第14天、第28天未见牙髓组织恢复正常。结论此激光参数照射鼠磨牙的牙本质,可产生一过性牙髓充血或轻度慢性炎症,但牙髓可恢复正常,是安全的。
Objective To investigate the histological change of pulp in different time with Semi-conductor laser irradiation on dentin tissue of molars, so as to provide experimental basis for Semi-conductor laser treatment of hypersensitive dentine. Methods Sixteen Wistar rats were randomly chosen. The right maxillary molars were sorved as experiment and the right mandibular molars were served as control. The model were prepared for hypersensitive dentine of molars in rats. The dentin of molars of experiment were irradiated with the dose of 830 nm, 500 mV, 40 J/cm^2 Semi-conductor laser for 2 min. Each 3 rats were killed after irradiation in 0 day, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, 28 days respectively. Pathological changes in their dental pulp with HE were examined. Results In experimental group those extracted immediately, 3 days or 7 days after laser irradiation had congestion within the dental pulp or a mild inflammatory reaction, after 14 days or 28 days the pathological changes were disappeared in the pulp. In control rat teeth exacted after 14 days or 28 days the pathological changes still existed in the pulp. Conclusion Laser irradiation on the dentin of molars can cause dental pulp congestion or a mild inflammatory reaction, but the changes are temporary.
