摘要
根据阀类铸件自身结构特性和使用特点,在浇注补缩系统设计中,针对性地采取了相应工艺措施,以减少疏松、缩孔等缺陷,旨在提高铸件的内在质量。根据蝶阀阀体、球阀阀体和闸阀阀体的结构和尺寸特点,提出了不同的浇注系统设计方案和确定浇注系统各部尺寸的经验公式。
Technological measures for gating feeding system of valve castings in investment casting were given based on their structures and characteristics are used to reduce shrinkage porosity and shrinkage hole and to improve the quality of the valve castings.For the different structure and geometry condition of butterfly-valve,ball valve and brake valve,different design sketches of gating systems were proposed,and the practical way of empiric formula for gating system was given also.
