摘要
目的探讨辅酶Q10对心肌缺血的保护作用。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定全血中ATP、ADP的含量和电生理检测不同组别的动作电位幅度、超射值、静息电位值、最大除极速度和动作电位时程。结果辅酶Q10组ATP、ADP含量显著高于异丙肾组;辅酶Q10对改善心肌细胞复极有作用,与损伤组相比,可使动作电位(APD)缩短,并以APD50、APD90缩短尤为明显。结论辅酶Q10对心肌细胞有一定的的保护作用。
Objective To discuss coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) protection for myocardial ischemia by isoprenaline. Methods To detect the contents of ATP and ADP in blood by HPLC and to analyze the action potential duration, resting potential and height of action potential in different groups by electrophysiological methods. Results The contents of ATP and ADP in CoQl0 group were higher than those in isoprenaline group. CoQ10 mademthe action potential duration shorter than that of isoprenaline group. Conclusion CoQ10 could protect the myocardial cell.
