摘要
为了制备均匀致密、结合强度较高的电泳陶瓷涂层,用正丁醇作分散介质,在Ti基底上电泳沉积HA/Ti复合涂层。研究了Ti基底处理、烧结温度控制以及悬浮液配方等因素对涂层结合强度的影响。用扫描电镜(SEM)对热处理后涂层形貌和结构进行观察,采用红外光谱仪(FTIR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC/TG)对涂层的组成和热稳定性进行了表征。结果表明:用H2O2/NH3·H2O处理Ti基底,700℃下烧结,Ti含量为44.6%的HA/Ti复合涂层结合强度可达到23.2MPa。
HA/Ti composite coatings were prepared on titanium substrate by electrophoretic deposition in organic solvent n-butylalcohol, for preparing the uniform and compact ceramic coating with higher bonding strength. Influence of substrate treatment, sintering temperature and the dispensation of suspension on the bonding strength were investigated. Its microstructure and morphology were observed by SEM, Composition and thermal stability of the composite coatings were analyzed by FTIR, XRD and DSC/TCL Results show that the bonding strength of the HA/Ti (Ti, 44.6to%) composite coatings is up to 23.2 MPa when Ti substrate is treated in H2O2/NH3·H2O solution and sintered at 700℃.
