摘要 利用单辊急冷法制备了Cu64Zr36非晶合金,使用盐浴等温退火并用DSC和XRD研究了其晶化过程、玻璃转变和晶化动力学。结果表明:Cu64Zr36非晶合金的晶化过程为:非晶→非晶+Cu10Zr7→Cu10Zr7+CuZr2。该合金的玻璃转变和晶化激活能分别为433.7kJ/mol和603kJ/mol。 Cu64Zr36 amorphous ribbons were prepared by melting-spun technique. The crystallization process and kinetics were investigated by isothermal annealing at different temperature, DSC and XRD. The results show that the crystallization process is that Cu10Zr7 would precipitates primarily, then CuZr2. The activation energies of glass transition and crystallization are 433.7 kJ/mol and 603 kJ/mol, respectively.
