链球菌鉴定新方法:用DHPA法及API 20 strep鉴定链球菌

摘要 目的建立链球菌快速鉴定新方法。方法依据双歧鉴定法和层次分析原理建立了双歧层次分析(DHPA)法,用DHPA法及API 20 strep试条鉴定链球菌。结果DHPA法和API法对链球菌47个已知鉴定单元(KIU)鉴定的正确性均为100%,DHPA法与API法对链球菌3410个试验分析的总符合率为77.9%,DHPA法与API法对161株临床菌株鉴定的符合率为73.3%。结论DAPA法解决了API法存在的缺码或不能鉴定问题,是链球菌准确、快速、简便、经济和实用的鉴定方法。 A new method for rapid identification of Streptococci was established in the present study, in which the API 20 strep identification system was used under the principle of hierarchy process analytic (HPA) to establish the dendrogram hierarchy process analytic identification method (DHPA). It was found the correct identification rate for Streptococci by using the DHPA method and the API 20 strep system in 47 known identification units (KIU) both were 100 %, and the total consistent identification rate of both DHPA method and API method was 77.9 % for 3410 codes of Streptococci. However, the total consistent identification rate of both methods was 77.3% for 161 strains of Streptococci isolated from clinical specimens. It is concluded that the DHPA method surmounts defects of the API system on missing code or unidentification and this method is an accurate, rapid, simple, cheap and practical way for the identification of Streptococci in clinical specimens.
