摘要
目的:观察螺内酯(Sp ironolactone)对体外培养的人毛囊生长的影响。方法:建立人毛囊体外培养模型,加入不同浓度的螺内酯,通过目镜测微尺测量毛囊的长度,利用3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷酸(3H-TdR)掺入法检测毛囊DNA合成率。结果:螺内酯各浓度组毛囊生长长度与空白对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)3。H-TdR掺入法检测与长度检测结果一致。结论:螺内酯对体外培养的人毛囊的生长无促进和抑制作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of spironolactone on the growth of human hair follicle in vitro. Methods: In a model of human hair follicle in vitro, the follicles were separately treated with different doses of spironolactone. The length of the hair follicle was measured with an eyepiece micrometer. The DNA synthesis rate of human hair follicle in vitro was measured by evaluating the rates of incorporation of ^3H-TdR. Results: There was no obvious difference for the growth of human hair follicle, or the rates of incorporation of ^3 H-TdR, among groups with different spironolactone doses and the control group ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : Spironolactone could not enhance or inhibit the growth of hair follicle.
