摘要
缺血修饰清蛋白(IMA)是血清清蛋白在经历缺血-再灌注后形成的一种新的心肌缺血标记物。IMA与过渡金属的结合能力发生改变,例如钴2+(Co2+),所以可通过清蛋白钴结合试验检测。已有多项临床试验研究表明IMA是一种理想的心肌缺血标记物,对于诊断急性冠状动脉综合征具有重要意义。
