摘要 缺血修饰清蛋白(IMA)是血清清蛋白在经历缺血-再灌注后形成的一种新的心肌缺血标记物。IMA与过渡金属的结合能力发生改变,例如钴2+(Co2+),所以可通过清蛋白钴结合试验检测。已有多项临床试验研究表明IMA是一种理想的心肌缺血标记物,对于诊断急性冠状动脉综合征具有重要意义。 The ischemia-modified albumin (IMA) forms after the human serum albumin experiences ischmia/reperfusion, which is a novel marker for myocardial ischemia. IMA exhibits a reduced capacity to bind to certain transition metals, such as cobalt. in serum. Several clinical researches suggested and an important assay for diagnosis It can be measured by the Albumin Cobalt Binding test that IMA is an ideal biomarker for myocardial ischemia of acute coronary syndromes.
