胰岛素样生长因子系统在脑肿瘤中的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 胰岛素样生长因子(IGF)系统主要包括IGFs、IGF受体(IGFR)、IGF结合蛋白(IGFBPs)和IGFBP蛋白水解酶。IGFs通过内分泌、旁分泌和自分泌的途径发挥促有丝分裂和抑制凋亡的作用,而这些作用主要由IGF-Ⅰ受体介导,而且受IGFBPs调节。研究表明IGF系统与多种肿瘤的发生发展关系密切,其中包括脑肿瘤。深入研究IGF系统与脑肿瘤的关系,对脑肿瘤的诊断和监测、疗效判断及预后方面都具有重要意义。
